PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed on business days from 8:00–17:00 and dispatched within 2–5 business days. For a more precise delivery timeframe, we recommend contacting us at iededzsveci@gmail.com. Orders are not shipped on Mondays, Fridays, weekends, or public holidays. In case of any changes, we will contact you personally via email. Delivery time depends on the destination and the service provider.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery fees:

  • Latvia – €3.00

  • Lithuania, Estonia – €6.00

  • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Denmark, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Spain, Hungary, Germany, Sweden – €15.00

We offer free delivery for purchases over €50.00 in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, and over €100.00 in the rest of Europe. Orders are sent via parcel locker or Omniva courier. Delivery time may take 3–10 business days depending on the service provider and location.

ORDER PAYMENT

When placing an order, you can choose fast and easy payment through one of the offered internet banks or cards – Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, N26, GooglePay, ApplePay, Mastercard, Visa.

You can also pay for your order via bank transfer after receiving the invoice. The invoice is sent automatically after the order is placed. If the order is not paid within 3 business days after receiving the invoice, it will be automatically cancelled.

 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal form to the Buyer via email upon request. The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses related to returning the goods to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.

In cases where the goods are not collected from the parcel locker and are returned to the Seller, the Buyer covers the return cost of €4.00. The refund for returned goods will be transferred to the Buyer’s bank account within 3–5 business days (delivery and return costs are deducted from the refund amount).

If the goods arrive defective or a defect appears within 14 days with photographic proof, the manufacturer covers all associated return costs and refunds 100% of the amount within 2–4 business days or sends a replacement product, as agreed with the customer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The goods have been manufactured specifically for the Buyer based on an individual order;

  • The Buyer has used the goods.

 According to Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s withdrawal or deduct compensation if the goods are damaged due to careless handling or failure to follow instructions, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged. 

DATA PROCESSING

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used by the Seller to accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legal requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By providing this information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of their order to the specified email address.
