Terms of service
ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
The Customer places an order by adding the desired Products to the “shopping cart” and providing their full name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and preferred payment and delivery method.
For personalized products, the Customer must enter accurate and unambiguous information regarding the desired personalization. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read the store’s terms and conditions, as well as the product description and the “How to Order” section.
The Customer may not use works, designs, or texts created by other artists or content creators that are protected by copyright for personalization. In such cases, the Customer assumes full responsibility.
The Seller confirms that the Customer’s personal data is used solely for the purposes of product sales and delivery, in compliance with personal data protection requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the Customer’s provided data when placing an order.
The Seller does not verify the personal data of the product’s purchaser or owner and assumes no liability for any losses that may arise from the use of another person’s payment card or personal data.
PAYMENT
When placing an order, payment can be made via MakeCommerce internet banking services. Payments can be made through Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, N26, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
DELIVERY AND ORDER RECEIPT TIMEFRAME
The order delivery timeframe depends on the delivery region and address, as well as the working hours of the delivery service handling the shipment, and is not directly dependent on the Seller.
Orders are produced and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Free delivery is available for orders over €50.00 in the Baltic States and for orders over €100.00 in Europe.
The order is delivered to the Customer or the person indicated in the order as the recipient, at the delivery address provided. For parcel locker delivery, the Customer must specify the address of the nearest parcel locker. If home delivery is preferred, the Customer must provide the exact home/apartment address. If the Customer provides inaccurate delivery information (address or telephone number) resulting in the return of the shipment to the Seller or requiring redirection, the Customer must cover the related costs.
If the Product is not delivered to the Customer due to loss caused by the delivery service (courier) employees, the Seller will compensate the Customer for the paid product and delivery value only after receiving confirmation or compensation from the delivery service for the loss.
The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the chosen delivery service’s failure to deliver the goods on time. If the Customer in Latvia has not received the order within 14 days from the dispatch date, they must notify the Seller by sending an email to iededzsveci@gmail.com, stating the order number and date.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website content (graphic materials, textual information, video materials, button icons, data compilations, software, and its layout) is the property of sole proprietor Līga Agruma, Iededz Sveci. It is protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and other applicable international laws relating to intellectual property protection.
Reproduction and copying of website content is permitted only for personal use. Republishing and copying website content for other purposes, without written permission, is prohibited.
